We are currently expanding and looking to add a motivated individual to our team based out of our Queretaro´s yard in Parque Industrial Queretaro.

Responsibilities:

Talent Attraction and Selection:

• Post job openings on various platforms and develop attraction strategies for B1 operators.
• Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate driving and technical tests.

Recruitment Process Management:

• Coordinate medical and psychometric exams, as well as background verification.
• Ensure complete documentation and compliance with legal hiring requirements.

Internal and External Relations:

• Collaborate with the operations team to identify hiring needs.
• Maintain contact with job boards, driver training schools, and other talent sources.

Reports and Follow-up:

• Keep vacancy reports, recruitment progress, and hiring metrics up to date.
• Provide continuous feedback on the hiring status to relevant departments.

Requirements

• Advanced English is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Administration, or related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting transportation operators, preferably B1 unit drivers.
• Experience in document validation and compliance with transportation regulations.
• Knowledge of regulations and requirements for hiring B1 operators.
• Proficiency in recruitment platforms and talent assessment tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
