As an Azure Infrastructure Engineer, you will:
- Work with architecture team to identify, develop and promote Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions for customers;
- Provide a technical governance and support for active projects;
- Design, administration and troubleshooting of Azure AD and hybrid environments, Data Lake, Synapse and Key Vault;
- Administration, support and troubleshooting for Azure AD connect and various integrations in the environment;
- Implement, support and troubleshoot backups and restore;
- Participate and contribute to application assessment, migration strategies and migrations from on-prem to Azure;
- Ensure implementation of solutions in alignment with defined Azure policies and regulatory compliances;
- Maintain a high level of industry awareness through training and self-development; keep up-to-date with current and future technologies, products and strategies;
Requirements
- University degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Science or comparable education;
- Sound knowledge of Azure Infrastructure, including networking;
- Knowledge of Azure services, including critical architectural building blocks;
- Experience with setting up and maintaining Azure based infrastructures with virtual networks, virtual servers, virtual storage, Azure active directory, Azure monitoring, etc;
- Experience with Dynamics 365;
- Knowledge and experience with Azure DevOps;
- Sound knowledge of cloud landscape and IaaS, PaaS and SaaS in Azure;
- Knowledge of Networking (LAN, firewalls, switches, TCP/IP);
- PowerShell scripting;
- Infrastructure as code concepts and hands on with Bicep/Terraform would be considered as plus;
- Azure Well-Architected Framework knowledge would be considered as plus;
- Having any of the following certifications would be considered as an advantage:
- AZ-104 Microsoft Azure Administrator
- AZ-800 Administering Windows Server Hybrid Core Infrastructure
- AZ-801 Configuring Windows Server Hybrid Advanced Services
