Azure DevOps Engineer - remote in Romania

Job Summary:                                  

DevOps engineer proficient in infrastructure administration/automation, deployment and configuration management automation in Kubernetes based platforms.

Responsibilities:                             

• Windows administration and patching
• Automating cloud infrastructure creation using Terraform.
• Managing and operating Kubernetes based platforms.
• Deploying, Configuring, Optimizing and supporting middleware hosted in Kubernetes based platforms.
• Deployment and configuration management automation using Ansible and Azure DevOps services.

Skills required:                       

• Having administration knowledge in Windows and Linux based operating system.
• Strong experience in implementing infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Having administration knowledge in Kubernetes based platforms.
• Strong experience in automating deployments and configuration management using Ansible.
• Having strong experience with Docker or any other container-based technologies.

Preferred Candidates:

• The successful candidate will have a self-motivated, get-it-done attitude; the ability to think critically; enjoy working with teams spread globally and across cultures; a desire to learn in new areas; and the discipline to pay attention to deadlines, details and quality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team spread across Europe, India and North America.
• BE Computer Science/MCA or any other equivalent degree
• Should have extensively worked on Java application development & System integration
• International work experience
• Willing to travel to Europe and North America for initial training and subsequent project related support
• 6 -10 years’ experience
