What you'll be doing

The Awards Marketing Team is looking for an Awards Coordinator to manage the logistics and operations of our exceptional award programs. You will help ensure that the awards process run smoothly, from project timelines to judging communications and product submissions.

Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Manage project timelines to ensure all milestones and deadlines are met for each award program.
  • Participant Communications: Serve as the contact for participants, providing support throughout the awards process.
  • Judging Coordination: Coordinate the judging process, including managing schedules, distributing materials, and ensuring a fair and efficient evaluation.
  • Product Submissions: Handle the unpacking, organising, and cataloguing of product submissions, ensuring that all samples are accurately recorded and distributed to judges as needed.
  • Live Event Support: Support team at physical events including judging days, cocktail parties, awards galas.

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve

  • Project management skills with experience managing multiple tasks
  • A "jack of all trades" attitude to ensure the success of the awards programs
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage participant and stakeholder interactions.
  • An interest in the beauty and lifestyle sectors is advantageous but not required.

This is a Hybrid role from our London Paddington Office, working three days from the office, two from home
