Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Leader to join our dynamic team.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in strategic selling and value selling, particularly in the enterprise sales sector, working with strategic accounts.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and leading high-performing sales teams.
This position reports to our VP of Account Management EMEA and will manage a team of Strategic Account Managers based out of Germany, UK, France and the Netherlands.
Our working model for this role allows working from our central London office (near Bank station) at least twice a week, typically on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and objectives, focusing on strategic accounts.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Utilize strategic selling and value selling methodologies to drive revenue growth and market share.
- Identify and cultivate relationships up to C-Level with key enterprise clients, understanding their unique business challenges and objectives.
- Present and demonstrate the value of our company´s SaaS solution, articulating how they can address specific client needs and deliver tangible business outcomes.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company’s presence in existing and emerging markets.
- Lead negotiations and close complex, high-value deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, set clear objectives, and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
What You Bring:
- Experience in sales leadership roles within the SaaS industry, with a strong emphasis on enterprise sales and strategic accounts.
- Proven track record of success in strategic selling and value selling, with a deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools like Salesforce and MEDDPICC.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and support sales initiatives.
