Although we are in separate places, we still make space to know one another and have fun! We collaborate, help, and mentor each other, and check in on our progress and blocks frequently.
What We’re Looking for
As an AVP - Enterprise Systems, will oversee the strategy, implementation, and management of all enterprise systems. This role is pivotal in leading the design, implementation, and support of enterprise systems, leveraging technology to solve business problems, enhance operational efficiency, and support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of technology and business processes, with a proven track record in managing complex IT environments. This person possesses strong empathy, intuition for business needs, and a demonstrable mastery of IT Implementations and DevOps methodologies applied to across multiple sectors. You should have experience across multiple COTS (custom off the shelf applications) including Workday, MS Dynamics (CRM) to understand the associated nuances to preempt the risks/issues/dependencies. We are looking for someone that has experience across multiple industries especially financial services to provide thought leadership be able to contribute to the overall architecture and design of Enterprise systems. The person should have the ability to mobilize cross functional team to successfully execute product strategy and roadmap while meeting regulatory, compliance, and security standards. The person should also have the mindset to leverage AI capabilities to provide further automation and streamlining in the Enterprise Systems space. This position will bring executive presence and act as a Change agent.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, development, and implementation of enterprise systems aligning with company strategic goals.
- Oversee the management of enterprise applications and infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Drive digital transformation, identifying opportunities for process automation, system integration, and technological innovation.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand needs and translate them into valuable technology solutions.
- Manage the enterprise systems team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key technology vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and managing service level agreements.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations and standards.
- Manage the budget for enterprise systems, ensuring effective resource allocation to support business priorities.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, leading the adoption of new technologies where appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors’ degree – business management, organizational leadership, technology, or related fields
- 15+ years of technology project management or IT consulting experience; preferably as part of or serving Fortune 500 organizations
- 5 + years of experience configuring and leading full lifecycle Dynamics (CRM) implementations
- 5 + year of experience managing consulting and implementation partners
- Proven track record of leading high-profile product lifecycles in a complex global corporate setting
- Experience with leveraging and implementing AI capabilities within Enterprise Systems space.
- Demonstrable success navigating IT product teams through ambiguity while effectively engaging and communicating with all levels of an organization
- Considerable experience providing post go-live support on Workday and Dynamics
- Extensive working knowledge of change management principles and project performance evaluation processes
- Exceptional presentation and client engagement skills
- Experienced in implementing and sustaining best of breed SaaS applications implementations in an enterprise environment
- Strong consultative and advisory skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Experienced in working with both internal and system integrator teams for development
- Experience with Workday platform
- Experience with Jira and Agile methodology
- Experience in supporting internal and external auditors with SOX ITGC, SOD
- Demonstrated team leadership, management, and project implementation
- Experience in building strong working relationships with business partners, application users, project managers, internal IT team, external application consultants
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in technology-related field or relevant experience in implementing Business systems

Salary Range: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00
