AV Support Technician

What you will do:

  • This is an on site role
  • Working with confidence while engaging with employees within the organization, to include senior leadership
  • Facilitate execution of planned events by setting up audio-visual equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a successful meeting
  • Take a proactive stance in identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency
  • Document and update knowledge base article and wiki pages
  • Maintain AV hardware and assist on keeping the Zoom service in an optimal operational order
  • Maintain and support a Visitor Management system
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices
  • Travel required to support other locations

What you will bring to Coupa:

  • 3 years experience supporting video collaboration
  • Candidate must be comfortable and familiar with setup and troubleshooting of conference rooms
  • -Zoom
  • -Neat equipment
  • -Poly Equipment
  • -DTEN Equipment
  • -MacOS and Windows OS
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning new technologies
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be willing to travel 2 to 3 times a quarter to support other locations

  • Pluses:
  • Working knowledge of Shure, Crestron, Q-Sys, Biamp, Extron, MS Teams, Polycom/Poly, DTEN
  • Proficient on supporting MacOS and Windows laptops
