Autonomous Operations Standards Analyst

About the Role:

TuSimple’s Autonomous Operations Group (AOG) is searching for Standards and Verifications  Analysts to evaluate our company's operations and make recommendations to improve operational efficiency. The Standards Analysts will be responsible for safeguarding the operations of the fleet by ensuring standard operational procedures are met. This role will track and escalate concerns that are captured during the audit process and submit reports to immediate supervisors and training teams. 

What You'll Do:

• Notate and escalate operations that deviate from operations policy.
• Assign the severity of a problem based on predefined principles.
• Escalate important cases to managers and operations PM team.
• Partner with other Analysts to complete weekly audits for TuSimple’s entire global fleet of truck teams.
• Utilize TuSimple’s systems like Google Suite, Jira, and Confluence. 

What You'll Need: 

• At least two years of experience as an Analyst or in a similar position preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience using statistical and database software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are preferred.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills required.
• Ability to work out of TuSimple's Tucson Location  is required for this role.

What Will Set You Apart: 

• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required for this role. 
• Experience auditing or evaluating the operations within a company is also highly preferred.
