As a Technical Lead in QA Engineering, you will be in charge of our team, making sure our projects are of the highest quality and reliability. - Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in the IT field, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of testing strategies, methodologies, and automation in complex software development environments.
- 4+ years of leadership experience in QA roles, with a proven track record of managing high-performing QA teams and leading large-scale testing initiatives.
- Hands on Experience in Playwright, JavaScript and Cypress.
- at least 1 year of experience leading a team.
- Expertise in QA automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, TestComplete), with a strong command of programming languages relevant to automation (Python, Java, C#).
- Advanced project management skills, with a history of successfully managing projects from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
- Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder management and collaboration, with the ability to influence decisions and drive QA strategies across functions within 3Pillar and with external partners.
- Solid experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and DevOps methodologies, enhancing QA processes and productivity.
- Strong business acumen, with an understanding of industry trends, standards, and the competitive landscape, leveraging this insight to inform strategic QA decisions.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a systematic approach to tackling complex issues and the initiative to continuously enhance technical and leadership skills.
- Highly developed communication skills, proficient in engaging with senior management, stakeholders, and external partners to advocate for quality assurance excellence and influence strategic directions.
