As an Automation Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency within our organization. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage your programming skills and automation expertise to create innovative solutions that enhance productivity and drive business growth.
Note: The role will require the person to support EMEA shifts ( 12 pm IST to 11 pm IST any 9 hour window)
Responsibilties:
3 to 5 years experience in a similar role, preferably within a managed services IT company.
Strong engineering and networking skills with the ability to converse with clients at a deep technical level.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for automation and reporting.
Must have ability to write scripts using Python and BASH scripting
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Computer skills: Rundeck, SALT Enterprise, Python, BASH Scripting
Other knowledge: Ansible Tower
