Automation and Optimization Specialist

The Automation and Optimization Specialist mission is to streamline report generation, deliverables, and strategic outputs, ensuring they’re delivered seamlessly and efficiently on a regular basis.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Help the Global Business Intelligence team reduce its current reliance on manual processes and spreadsheets
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of automated solutions to streamline reporting tasks, reduce manual efforts, and improve overall efficiency
  • Analyze current workflows and processes to identify areas for automation and optimization
  • Utilize python, R, and/or other tools to automate current reporting processes including updating data and maintaining existing reports
  • Lead the strategic planning for all future optimization and automation for the Global Business Intelligence team
  • Utilize strong analytical, problem solving, along with a data-driven approach to decision-making, to automate data delivery and develop insights and recommendations
  • Analyze large data sets using Excel, Tableau, SQL and other data analytics tools to automate data delivery and develop insights and recommendations

What You Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any other relevant field
  • Proficient written and verbal English language skills
  • 4+  years of work experience 
  • Experience working with cross-functional business stakeholders and senior leadership required
  • Experience automating reporting and data maintenance processes, preferably within a software organization
  • Experience using Excel, SQL, and other data analytics tools to create actionable insight for stakeholders is a plus
