Automation and DevOps Team Leader

What you will be doing:

  • Mange the automation development team which are responsible for system’s cyber-security, installation tools, Devop CI/CD, MRI-compatibility, automation tools. Establish good team relationships, guide team members, plan milestones, assign tasks and track implementation.
  • Establish stable work relationship with the production and service teams, study their needs, suggest new tools to help them in production, installation, and maintenance. Write production and service procedures and train the teams with the new tools.
  • Cyber security configuration and support for system (Window OS, cyber-updates, firewall, whitelist protection, write filter, vulnerability management, etc.)
  • Support evaluation and configuration of new WS computers and system connectivity issues (including set requirements for HW vendors).
  • Mange automation tools development to support SW development, testing and releasing process (CI/CD automation)
  • Freeze and prepare full SW package for production and service.
  • Develop & provide tools and instructions for site configuration, including MRI setting.
  • Develop tools and procedures for installation and maintenance (upgrade) of WS SW versions.
  • Manage MRI computability for each SW version and MRI type. Establish MRI simulation environment for in-house testing.
  • Availability at any time to support the service team in any Cyber security issue.

What you have:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in system admin.
  • At least 3 years’ experience as DevOp/SW-development team leader
  • Experience with developing software automation tools
  • Deep Knowledge in Microsoft operating systems – Windows 7, 10 (Server, IoT)
  • Excellent communication & service skills
