Position summary:
The Auditor Resources Manager (ARM) is mainly in charge of:
- The first approval of the auditor’s CVs and profiles in the frame of initial qualification, extension and reactivation of qualification (the final approval belongs to the accredited offices),
- The update of any relevant tool and records (Standard’s portal if relevant, Group auditors’ matrix, etc.),
- The follow up of the auditors’ qualification maintenance.
In all these tasks, the Auditors Resources Manager collaborates with:
- Global Scheme Managers (GSMs) who provide the updated standards requirements related to the auditors’ qualification,
- Accredited CBs within Food Assurance, which sign off the auditor’s profile and ensure they comply with the qualification maintenance conditions monitored by the ARM.
Responsibilities
- Update the qualification criteria with the collaboration of Global Scheme Managers,
- Collect the application of candidate auditors worldwide and compare their CVs and evidences with the relevant standards prerequisites,
- Collect evidences related to the application and complete the auditors’ files,
- Determine the standards and categories for which the candidate/auditor may be qualified on in which his/her qualification could be extended,
- Finalize the sign off process with the accredited office using the candidate/auditor
- Upload the CVs and profiles in the relevant CPOs portal where allowed,
- Follow up the qualification maintenance criteria to make sure they are complied with and ensure the accredited offices are implementing the required actions (witness audits, calibration, in-house training, etc).
- Collection of audit log and new qualification evidences on regular bases for each auditor,
- Update relevant tools and records (eg. Food Assurance auditor’s matrix, etc.)
- Proposal of training, training material (eg. On-line training material) to extend the qualification of auditors.
- Bachelor of sciences as a minimum
- Knowledge of food processes through educational background and /or professional experience
- An auditing experience is an asset.
