  • Standardize design and oversee upgrades of in-house production spaces, control rooms, studios, and remote production kits.

  • Create build standards for audiovisual assembly/presentation spaces, and support internal and external build teams during office build-outs to ensure standards are understood and met

  • Implement and maintain global AV break/fix service plans

  • Research, design, and build device connectivity kits for live demos, and portable production kits for remote live productions

  • Assume Engineer In Charge (EIC) role during critical live productions

  • Staff and manage various production roles during live events (Technical Director, Camera Operator, Graphics, Audio Engineer, Stream Engineer)

You might thrive in this role if you have:

  • 8+ years experience in design, installation, and troubleshooting of enterprise AV including direct experience implementing and using live video switching and streaming systems.

  • Experience and fluency with production equipment (Ross, Blackmagic, Shure, Yamaha, BiAmp, Panasonic, ClearCom, Elgato, etc.) as well as experience and fluency with enterprise AV (Cisco, Q-SYS, Crestron, Extron, etc)

  • Knowledge of video switchers, keyed graphics, audio mixing and EQ, signal flow routing and distribution, live streaming encoders and streaming protocols, PTZ camera systems.

  • Familiarity with video web conferencing platforms (Zoom, Meet, Teams), online video platforms (Youtube, Vimeo, Brightcove, Panopto, Kaltura, etc.).

  • Experience with AV over IP (SMPTE 2110, HDBaseT, Dante, NDI).

  • Deep networking knowledge and in-room production design knowledge (conference rooms, event spaces, studios, training rooms) are a plus.

  • Experience working with audiovisual build standards. Direct experience authoring such standards is a plus.
