We are seeking a dynamic Audience Insights Analyst to join our team. This role combines elements of data analytics, measurement science, programmatic activation, active management of daily campaign tracking operations, and client-facing operations. You will be instrumental in driving insights from our extensive platform, which encompasses data from over 25 million TVs. Your responsibilities will span building foundational datasets, managing campaign tracking operations, and fostering technical collaborations to enhance digital advertising measurement.
Responsibilities
- Client and Campaign Management:
- Understand and address client requirements, measurement goals, and needs across Publisher, Agency, and Advertiser clients.
- Tag, monitor, and troubleshoot digital ad delivery on various ad servers.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and exceptional customer service.
- Work alongside the Audience Insights Partners to help cultivate deep customer relationships by delivering research studies with campaign-specific insights.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with Measurement Science, Programmatic Consulting, and Sales teams to deliver world-class service.
- Enable sales teams with compelling data-driven narratives and strategic insights to showcase product value and drive client engagement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest ad-tech trends and apply this knowledge to enhance our products and services.
- Project Management and Improvement:
- Identify areas for improvement in project management and client experience, applying critical thinking to solve problems.
- Optimize day-to-day operations for digital measurement campaigns through automation and process streamlining.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of professional experience in data science, measurement, analytics, or technical client-facing roles within advertising operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SFTPs, AWS-S3
- Experience with Python, SQL, Databricks, and R is a plus
- Familiarity with advertising technology ecosystems (Ad Servers, DMPs, DSPs, SSPs) and measurement methodologies.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues methodically and propose innovative solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to various audiences and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.
- High adaptability and eagerness to learn new technical and non-technical skills.
