ATM Product Analyst

As a Product Analyst at Visa, your role will be pivotal in driving innovation through the product development lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include acting as the product owner, delivering next-generation offerings to our customers, and playing an instrumental role in conceiving and co-creating new features and products that cater to Visa's unique customer needs.

You will be deeply involved in every stage of the product lifecycle, from strategic planning and feature selection, to overseeing tactical activities. We are looking for a proactive individual who is eager to learn and experiment with new technologies. You should be capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Your role in product management will be central to our strategy of bringing world-class products to market.

Your responsibilities will also include writing product requirements, Epics, and user stories, understanding product strategy, managing relationships with ATM vendors, and understanding ATM terminal driving services and transaction processing. You will also be involved in value-added services such as ATM performance management. Experience in both waterfall and agile development methodologies is a must.

This role will based out of Atlanta, Georgia and will report directly to the Director of ATM Product Management at DPS.

Responsibilities

  • You will participate in the development of the ATM product strategy, go-to-market plans, and all elements related to product documents (concept document, business case, product backlog)
  • Develop and support client facing operational tools such as electronic journal, campaign, settlement, and ATM performance monitoring tools.
  • You will assist in the management the ATM product roadmap and backlog to define and support the product goals
  • Uderstand and articulate the value of DPS’s ATM products and drive the development of product, features, and functionality
  • Translate market and customer insights to drive product strategy and decisions
  • Establish and maintain partnership relationships on business and technical level with key ATM vendor partners.
  • Initiate and drive collaboration with designers to create preliminary design concepts and work with engineering to implement and iterate
  • Collaborate with internal Visa teams (e.g., regional teams, Product Marketing, Business Development) to define and execute a cohesive strategy related to a specific product or feature

 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Basic

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)


Preferred 

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business Management or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • 3 years of experience in product management at a technology company or comparable experience
  • 1 year or more knowledge of ATM processing industry
  • Ability to build cross-functional consensus among internal and external stakeholders to drive business results
  • Experience with Agile methodology to drive product development and delivery
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to translate user requirements across diverse functional areas into a compelling product vision
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and influencing skills
  • Ability to take initiative and build strong and productive relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of payment processing industry

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 100,000.00 to 121,250.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
