ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
Provide strategic direction, establish clear objectives, lead and drive the team to exceed sales, profitability, customer relationship, and business growth goals.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
1. Account Management
- Manage AOP
- Leading pricing strategy (including rebate & discount) at factory level(open business) and provide strategic direction on quoting local development, bidding program, new RBO and new program with substantial volume.
- CM management.
- Lead the team to provide shenzhou forecast and support the demand/supply planning. Driving the team to execute sales action.
- Manage business review with RBO sales team
- Monthly review account scorecard with the team(JV,N,China,S,China and Vientnem). Monthly review quality, new product and new projects with shenzhou
2. Drive the team to exceed AOP.
3. Drive alignment and execution linking with RBO strategy and objectives.
4. Wiring to the senior management level at factory.
5. Build factory profile and generate new sales leads at factory level.
6. Issue Resolution.
7. Development and keep filing of the business management related documents, including PPT deck for important meetings.
8. Fully understand the lable design logic and effectively influence to customers
