- Skillfully use data to vigorously promote process transformation and significantly improve the efficiency and quality of business processes.

- Possess a bachelor's degree or above, regardless of major.
- Have more than 3 years of project management experience, and those with experience in data enablement or process transformation-related projects will be given priority.
- Have a strong sensitivity to numbers and possess solid data understanding and analysis capabilities.
- Be proficient in project management processes and methods, and have excellent project planning and execution capabilities.
- Have relatively strong communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit, and be able to efficiently integrate resources.
- Have a relatively strong sense of responsibility and ability to withstand pressure, and be able to actively and unswervingly promote the progress of the project.
