About the Role

As Associate WaaS control tower operations, you will oversee real-time operational activities, track performance metrics, and ensure that issues in warehouse operations are resolved quickly and efficiently. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions, improve operational KPIs, and streamline processes. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on problem-solving skills to manage a high-volume, fast-paced environment.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a 0 to 1 project experience and witness the steepestlearning curve. What you will do

  • Control Tower Operations: Monitor and manage the day-to-day warehouse operations by analyzing real-time data and identifying issues related to performance, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Performance Monitoring & KPI Management: Track key metrics such as inventory accuracy, warehouse TAT, and SLA compliance, ensuring all warehouses are operating at optimal performance.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as the central point for escalation and resolution of operational bottlenecks in collaboration with warehouse teams, transport partners, and other internal departments.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with supply chain, transportation, inventory, and tech teams to ensure alignment on operational priorities and to resolve any system or process-related issues.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze operational data to identify trends, forecast demand, and develop insights for continuous improvement. Present findings to senior leadership for strategic decision-making
  • SOP Development: Create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) that enhance efficiency and accuracy in warehouse operations, ensuring they are followed across all sites.
  • Project Management: Lead special projects focused on warehouse expansions, system upgrades, and other initiatives to improve overall warehouse performance and scalability.

  • Real-time resolution of operational issues
  • Warehouse throughput and accuracy metrics

  • Reduction in escalations and bottlenecks
  • Warehouse capacity utilization

What you will need:

  • B.Tech from a reputed undergraduate college 1-3 years of experience ,in a Strategy & Ops
  • Management consulting background
  • Ability to handle both, strategy formulation and implementation
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to interpret large data sets
  • Awareness to basic tool such as advanced excel, SQL
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners,prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward
  • Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns
  • Outstanding written and spoken communication skills and organizational ability
