We're seeking a motivated Associate Technical Support to technical support to users seeking to solve general problems of all components of the company's corporate network such as servers, workstations, printers, telecommunications circuits, among others.

Requirements:

  • Student  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

  • Familiarity with programming/scripting languages

  • Good knowledge of Oracle, Sybase or MS SQL

    • Be located in  São Paulo city
    • Onsite mode

    Plus:

    Level B1 English conversation.
  • Basic knowledge of scripting languages ​​such as PowerShell

  • Knowledge of scripting

  • Knowledge of Splunk and Dynatrace

  • Knowledge of any of these applications is a plus: Bloomberg, Refinitiv Eikon/FXT, Citrix, MATLAB

  • Knowledge of Middleware (MQ Series, etc.) and J2EE applications

  • Experience supporting real-time systemsl

Responsibilities:

  • Help in the planning and monitoring of the computer network in operation, through the management of the local network and the resources directly or indirectly related;
  • Support in the administration of computing environments, through the configuration of resources and systems.
  • Triage application problems;
  • Monitor the application environment for problems;
  • Assist in the maintenance and implementation of commercial applications;
  • Provide frontline support for all users and devices in the trading environment;
  • Perform computer hardware lifecycle upgrades as needed
  • Help develop and maintain support processes and operational procedures to meet the demands of the business.
