Associate Tech Lead, Global Finance Modernization Integrations

The Enterprise Product and Platform team delivers enterprise level technology stack, products, and platforms supporting key enterprise functions including Supply Chain, People, and Finance.

We are embarking on a significant Finance Transformation journey, using, Oracle Cloud Financials and Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud, along with Oracle Integration Cloud for flawless integration. We are seeking a multifaceted and experienced Associate Tech Lead to provide guidance in Enterprise level Integration related technical requirement gathering, design, build, and deployment across 18 markets. The Integration Supervisor will collaborate with 3rd party vendors, business partners, project managers, and all collaborators to ensure all aspects around Integration design, build, security, and deployment are delivered successfully to meet the business and technical needs of McDonald’s for all markets.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Engage as a technical expert for solutions pertaining to Integrations, scheduling, and orchestration.
  • Review functional & technical specifications and perform code reviews adhering to adopted standards and security specifications for all integrations.
  • Review designs and code for the global scheduling system (IBM IWA tool), that controls orchestration of the integrations
  • Ensure global standards, conventions, common/reusable frameworks & standard processes are embraced and adhered to.
  • Collaborate with functional & technical local market resources, boundary applications, 3rd parties during all project stages, to ensure integrations are crafted/built/tested/deployed as per requirements.
  • Review & ensure alignment to security & SOX compliance for the integrations from audit perspective.
  • Review Non-Functional-Requirements (NFRs) to be implemented as part of integration solutions.
  • Coordinate the work performed by service provider teams.
  • Liaise with technical product vendors & external teams as vital to finalize integration solutions.
  • Assist in identifying/tracking/resolving project obstacles and communicate/raise high priority issues in a timely manner.
  • Confirm all designs are adequately documented to an acceptable level of quality.
  • Conduct regular cadences with collaborators & prepare/provide status reports.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science or Data & Analytics field
  • Hands-on experience of at least 4 years on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) PaaS platform to implement Data Transformation & Integration, API based solutions.
  • Oracle Integrations Cloud Certifications preferred.
  • Experience in handling complex integration design-patterns, coding, architecture & security
  • Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, XML, JSON, Mapper preferred
  • Experience in IBM IWA, GitHub, FlexDeploy would be conducive.
  • Demonstrated knowledge & experience to implement sophisticated integrations involving ERP & Cloud solutions, across different industries (QSR industry a plus) with large-scale implementation project experience within global organizations having complex data & application landscapes ranging from modern to legacy footprint.
  • Exposure & understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud Finance modules – Payables, Receivables, General ledger, Cash Management, Assets, Projects etc.
  • Used modern practices to increase the speed of delivering software (e.g., Agile, DevOps)
  • Strong and effective interpersonal skills with ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical collaborators.
  • Worked with large, global teams on project delivery with Teams comprising of employees & third-party contractors.
