What You’ll Do: 

 The Associate Talent Acquisition Partner will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition team who is passionate about building a diversified and inclusive workforce and is focused on creating a best-in-class candidate experience.  In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring top talent while also providing essential administrative support throughout the recruitment process.

  • Full life-cycle recruiting to attract the most talented people to join the Curaleaf team
  • Partner and forge relationships with business leaders across the organization to support hiring needs in the short and long term
  • Develop knowledge of company and team structures, core competencies, and critical skill sets needed to support business objectives
  • Lead, own, and drive, the full- cycle recruiting process, including owning and managing all scheduling throughout the process
  • Conduct interviews with internal and external candidates for all assigned roles
  • Foster a relationship of trust and respect with all candidates while guiding them through the interview process and positioning Curaleaf as an employer of choice; establish clear expectations to support a positive candidate experience from start to finish
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess and recommend top talent for hire; consult with managers on final selection, and manage the offer / offer negotiation process
  • Continually strive to meet and exceed specified Talent Acquisition metrics and operate in the spirit of continuous improvement
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as posting job ads, managing applicant tracking system, processing candidate documentation, and maintaining recruitment records
  • Assist with special recruitment projects or initiatives, such as diversity and inclusion efforts, employer branding campaigns, or process improvements

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Minimum 1-2 years of direct recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Suite, and other relevant software tools
  • Passion for supporting diverse, equitable and inclusive hiring practices 
  • Self-motivation and a drive to achieve results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and analytical skills 
  • A solutions-focused mentality with a growth mindset
  • Adaptability and openness to change
