Alert generation on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Check the status of all jobs scheduled.
Dispose of the data.
Help clients in quarterly report submission.
Check the size of the database quarterly.
To take feedback from clients every quarter.

Good Communication skills Verbal/ Written (Must)
Email Writing skills.
Problem solving skills.
Deep analysis skills.
Prefer experience in customer service or client handling.
Self managing and taking responsibilities for clients.
