Associate System Analyst |Rajkot

Full-Time
  • Performing Regular application review.
  • Creating a Monitoring report.
  • Resolving issues identified in Monitoring.
  • Identifying product enhancement and raising tickets.
  • Highlight CERSAI related concerns to CKYC and take follow-up for the same.
  • Handling client meetings when asked by clients.
  • Handling other requests and issues raised by clients.
  • Collecting Monthly counts from institutions for billing and making records of the same.
  • Making required configuration changes in Application. (Standard Workflow)
  • Performing UAT testing if required.

 

  • Good Communication skills Verbal/ Written (Must)
  • Email Writing skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Deep analysis skills.
  • Prefer experience in customer service or client handling.
  • Self managing and taking responsibilities for clients.
