Requirements:

Fluent English

OS (Windows or Linux or OSX)*
OS deployment with mandatory agent software 
Configuration (endpoint only) 
Updating 
Command line utils and event viewer/logs for basic troubleshooting 

Network Services
Network layers (TCP/IP model) 
DNS record types, recursive resolving, caches, manual queries 
DHCP basics: purpose, principle of work 
VPN basics: OpenVPN configuration and troubleshooting on endpoint 
Firewalls: purpose, principle of work 
Ping/Traceroute 

Application systems
List of main systems that end users can access on regular basis. 
Knowledge of company's systems from end-user perspective. 
Execute routine tasks using instructions and under guidance of SA/SSA 
Hardware * 
Laptop components and typical problems 
Office peripherals (printers etc.) 
Security 
Corporate Antivirus: Deployment on endpoints, configuration, solve endpoint issues 
Endpoint Central: agent deployment and endpoint issues troubleshooting. Workstations HW and SW tracking 

Responsibilities:

Answers the most common questions, providing basic information about the services. Communicates with customer about the tasks and statuses

Report the status of assigned tasks
Report impediments in a timely manner
Create and maintain JIRA tasks hierarchy and links

Works on tasks under supervision
Attends necessary meetings
Communicate in group(team) chats for technical topics

Finds IT, IS and relevant HR docs
Learns standards and guidelines
Updates inventories, standard records, list and other documents in English
