We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Associate Surveyor to join our team! If you have 2+ years of experience in construction staking, boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career.

🔍 What You’ll Do

✅ Conduct construction staking, boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys
✅ Operate and maintain GPS, total stations, and data collectors
✅ Process and analyze survey data for accuracy 📊
✅ Assist in preparing survey drawings using AutoCAD & Civil 3D
✅ Research land records, deeds, and property boundaries
✅ Work closely with engineers, project managers, and field crews

Requirements

🎯 What You Bring

✔ 2+ years of experience in surveying
✔ Knowledge of surveying equipment (GPS, total stations, data collectors)
✔ Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software 💻
✔ Strong problem-solving and communication skills
✔ Valid driver’s license 🚗
