Wiz is excited to announce an Associate Support Engineering (ASE) program geared towards recent graduates in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Mathematics, or Information Systems. The program starts on December 2, 2024, with a 3-week intensive onboarding and training program that includes Product and Support technical enablement. This is not an internship; it is a full-time opportunity where you'll be immersed with a group of similarly minded individuals who will translate their technical knowledge into business value for Wiz customers.
SUMMARY
As an Associate Support Engineer, you will be a part of a global team responsible for providing outstanding technical support experience. In this role, you will troubleshoot technical problems for customers with a mix of debugging, networking, system administration, updating documentation, and have the opportunity for creating solutions for customers while scaling our support offering using coding and scripting.
