- 5+ years of experience in using ServiceNow
- Experience in ITSM, CSM, scripting, Notifications, and Workflows, as well as ITOM (Event Management, Discovery, CMDB), Orchestration, and Custom App Development
- Proven track record in efficient task delivery and precise task status reporting
- Active and process-compliant contributor with autonomous task execution and adept risk management skills
- Familiarity with Process Automation, GRC, PPM, and ServiceNow architecture
- Strong problem-solving and technical leadership capabilities in ServiceNow, including client interaction
