Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
- Design end-to-end SAP HXM solutions with a focus on SuccessFactors based on best practices and industry standards.
- Develop solution architectures, including system integrations, data models, and security designs.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Succession Planning.
- Lead the technical implementation of SAP SuccessFactors projects, including configuration, and integration with third-party systems.
- Define and document technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and solution designs.
- Collaborate with project managers, consultants, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions for clients and project teams.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, with a focus on solution architecture.
- Proven track record of designing and architecting SAP SuccessFactors solutions for global enterprises.
- In-depth understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and their integration points.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications are desirable.
