This role will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for Japan local Hiring. She / He will be responsible for full recruitment lifecycle, Interview coordination, negotiate and close salary offers.

- Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines across multiple job requisitions to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Leverage a variety of sourcing channels, including niche sites, professional and social networking groups, and search engines, to engage both active and passive candidates.
- Perform resume mining and research for internal roles, creating candidate lists within the ATS.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding the role requirements to sourcing, assessing candidates, coordinating interviews, and negotiating offers.
