We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Business Partner to join our HR team in the United States. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of human resources experience, with expertise in supporting multiple business units, driving employee engagement, and managing HR-related projects. This role is crucial in fostering a collaborative work environment, implementing effective HR strategies, and supporting our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner for designated Business Units (BUs), understanding their unique needs and providing tailored HR support.
- Manage and oversee employee relations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Lead the design, communication, and implementation of R&R programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Support the development and execution of HR projects, including performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
- Collaborate with BU leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and contribute to workforce planning and organizational development.
- Address and resolve employee inquiries and issues, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute company-wide HR initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a focus on business partnering, employee relations, and HR project management.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations (e.g., FMLA, FLSA, EEO, ADA). Experience in managing HR functions like employee engagement, performance management, and talent development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
- Proven experience in handling employee relations issues and resolving conflicts in a timely, fair, and objective manner.
- Ability to coach and guide managers in implementing HR policies and best practices.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and align HR initiatives with business objectives.

Salary Range: $75K Gross - $82K Gross
