Position: Associate Software Project Manager

In this role, you will support project planning, execution, and monitoring within our fast-paced software development environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met, and client expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring software development projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to gather requirements, track progress, and report status to stakeholders.
• Contribute to project documentation and participate in meetings to learn about project workflows.
• Help create and maintain project timelines, manage resources, and apply project management tools and methodologies under the guidance of senior PMs.
• Engage in problem-solving activities to resolve issues that arise during project execution.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
• 1.5+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of software development processes and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• A self-starter with a passion for technology and project management.
