The “Fine Print” – What You’ll Do

  • Design and execute high-quality bioanalytical experiments for pre-clinical and clinical studies.
  • Implement and optimize bioanalytical workflows, including immuno-assays, cell-based assays and ddPCR.
  • Develop and validate bioanalytical assays according to ICH Q2 guidelines.
  • Process and analyze clinical samples for PK/PD, ADAs, and biomarker measurements.
  • Interpret complex data sets and contribute to clinical development decisions.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain laboratory standards and contribute to equipment and supply management.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and improve assay performance.

Skills and Experience We Look For

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., cell biology, molecular biology, immunology).
  • 2+ years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Expertise in immuno-assay methods (MSD, ELISA, Luminex).
  • Proficiency in immune cell and molecule analysis.
  • Experience with clinical sample handling and analytical method validation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The base salary range for this position is $74,000 - $80,000 per year. Where a candidate falls within that range is determined by factors such as years of experience. Our compensation package also includes an annual bonus based on company goals and an equity (RSU) grant. We do offer relocation assistance for roles if required.
