The Associate Salesforce Administrator partners closely with our Product Engineering team to develop Salesforce-based solutions in an effort to streamline workflow and operations across the company. Product Engineering provides consulting services, architecture, design, and training across internal teams.
The Associate Salesforce Administrator is a key part of the Salesforce Team at Privia Health. This is a great opportunity for new admins to get hands-on experience with a complex Salesforce org, develop new skills, and take on new responsibilities.
Primary Job Duties:
Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): simple flows, fields, objects, page layouts, record types, custom settings, permissions, dashboards, and reports.
Completes user stories as assigned.
Conducts comprehensive research on new features, existing infrastructure, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations for system enhancements and innovations within the Salesforce platform.
Collaborates with team to prepare and maintain Salesforce-related documentation.
Participate in and contribute to scrum meetings, i.e. daily stand-up, refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Assists with third party packages and integrations.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Desire to learn and grow in the Salesforce ecosystem
Salesforce Administrator Certification and 1+ years of experience required
Interest in Agile and DevOps processes
Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting or working in one or more of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
Salesforce Trailhead Ranger or better
The salary range for this role is $58,400.00 to $73,000.00 in base pay. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus targeted at 10% based on the performance for the role. The base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.
