- This role is required to work on US shift and the person will be responsible for managing a Portfolio of foreclosed properties
- The performance will be determined through monthly sales and client SLAs
- Proficient in MS office and able to create daily reports in excel on need basis
- Ensure client dictated SLA’s are managed and adhered
- Ability to think smart and fast to strategize various execution plans to meet BU and Company client scorecard
- Ensure implemented tools, policies and procedures meet the needs of both internal and external clients
- Additional duties, as indicated
WHAT ABOUT YOU? You have...
- Minimum graduate having 1-3 years’ experience in US real estate mortgage process
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to communicate fluently
- Experience in Sales (E-commerce) would be an added advantage
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills are required
- Ability to work with cross-functional and multi-cultural team
- Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree, 3-5 years
- License or Certification: Not required
