About the Role
Our products are built around the world's largest global commercial database, housing data on over 500 million companies worldwide. These ready-to-use or customizable solutions span B2B Credit Risk Assessment, Data Management, Marketing/Lead Automation, and KYC/KYV processes, including AML and ESG compliance.
As an Associate Relationship Manager you will be responsible for selling the Company’s products and services to new and/or existing clients and developing or expanding accounts primarily through face-to-face sales.
Maintain and grow the revenue stream through renewal management, win-back, cross-sell, up-sell of new opportunities. Identify new contacts and deepen relationships with current contacts.
Key Responsibilities Include
Fulfill the role of trusted advisor on Dun & Bradstreet solutions through the development of strong, positive relationships with clients, through strategic conversations to understand organizational business objectives and goals.
Maintain and grow revenue stream through successful renewal of existing business.
New account development and/or expanding existing accounts through cross-sell and up-sell of new opportunities within an established portfolio of clients working closely with Solutions Sales.
End-to-end accountability for driving the negotiation, contracting, and approval processes.
Navigate deal management and negotiation including alignment of multiple decision makers, products or funding sources.
Develop and maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet annual quota objectives.
Ensure compliance with all business initiatives
Maintain consistent and accurate data in relevant CRM software (e.g. SFDC) and other sales tools to support territory, account planning and forecasting.
Collaborate with Client Success and increase retention rates through business reviews and win-back campaigns.
About You
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, supported by a strong understanding of business skills, including communication, organizational structures, economics, and sales.
Proficiency in both English and another South Slavic language (Slovenian, Croatian, Serbian, or Bosnian).
You have a growth-minded and Challenger Sales mentality, focusing on pipeline and results.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Demonstrated perseverance and a results-oriented approach.
