Associate, Registration

Are you detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Merchants Fleet is seeking a Fleet Registration Associate for overnight shifts to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the timely identification and processing of vehicle documentation, including preparing DMV paperwork, title corrections, and ensuring title perfection.

Key Responsibilities:

Title Management (70%):

• Accurately process vehicle documentation and prepare DMV paperwork.
• Ensure integrity of physical files and collaborate with customer service, treasury, and other departments.
• Manage and organize datasets, ensuring title perfection according to established procedures.
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external partners.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance quality and productivity.

Daily Workflow Reporting (20%):

• Use dashboards to track vehicle status and ensure KPIs are met.
• Monitor reports to validate logged entries and escalate risks when necessary.

Additional Projects (10%):

• Assist with special projects and additional duties assigned by management.
• Skills & Attributes:
• Strong time management, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize with conflicting demands.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High energy with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years in an administrative role.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
