About the role
The recruiting team is responsible for driving GlossGenius’ success by finding extraordinary people that are excited by our mission to empower entrepreneurship. In this role, you will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting on high volume roles across Customer Experience and Sales and support other roles across the business as needed.
You will report to the Manager of Business Recruiting. This role will operate in a hybrid environment with 2 days per week in our New York City office (Tuesdays & Thursdays).
What You’ll Do
- Partner with leaders across CX and Sales to deeply understand their hiring needs and act as a strategic thought partner
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple searches at once across a variety of departments and levels
- Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets
- Analyze conversion metrics throughout the pipeline and provide recommendations on how to make our processes more efficient
- Manage the entire offer process end to end including extending offers
- Create creative sourcing strategies to differentiate GlossGenius at the top of funnel
- Supporting hiring across G&A and GTM functions on an as needed basis
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of recruiting experience, preferably at a high-growth technology company or startup
- Organizational and time-management skills with superb attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A passion and excitement for building exceptional teams
- An ability to operate with a high sense of urgency while not compromising on attention to detail
- A customer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within an organization, and a track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers

The starting base salary for this role in New York, California, and Washington is between $85,000-$105,000 + target equity + benefits. The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
