This person will be a part of the medical team, reporting into our Director of Cognitive Science, but will work cross functionally with a number of teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage Linus Health's clinical research portfolio, serving as the main external and internal point of contact and external relationship owner
  • Manage engagement, tracking action items, decisions, risks, successes, and deliverables
  • Support creation, negotiation, and execution of contracting and governance documents
  • Internal cross-functional engagement and study planning, liaising with Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Customer Success stakeholders to define the study success criteria, study protocols, and project plans/schedules, as well as estimate operational budget and cost (funds and time) 
  • Lead internal cross-functional collaboration on strategic go/no-go and resourcing decisions
  • Collaborate with external partners, defining success criteria and tracking progress
  • Conduct regular external-facing progress meetings
  • Communicate engagement status and plans to management, providing regular project updates, including health, risks, and escalation
  • Facilitate inbound and outbound data transfer
  • Provide guidance on sponsored research matters including project management, systems, policies, and procedures
  • Monitor balances, reconcile accounts, perform spending projections, and address ad hoc queries for all clinical trial engagements

About You:

Must Have’s

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience in study/project management and prior management of contracted resources
  • Demonstrated experience in driving multiple projects and initiatives in a cross-functional environment
  • Effective organizational, documentation, and general program and project management skills
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently work with internal and external stakeholders and team members providing regular study and status updates
  • Ability to build rapport with Principal Investigators and study teams
  • Desire to learn and grow, with the ability to adapt to a changing landscape

Nice To Have’s

  • MS or Advanced Degree
  • Prior Clinical Research experience in medical devices, digital health trials, or similar

  • The base salary budgeted for this position is in the $65,000 -70,000 USD range per year. The role will also include an annual discretionary target bonus based on performance as well as company equity. The final offer determined for a candidate who is hired into this position will depend on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant skills, professional experience, and labor market conditions, etc.
