About the Role
Associates are front-line knowledge brokers between our clients and market experts. With most of our projects being critical and time-sensitive, you need to be resilient, highly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working at speed.
You will partner with our clients to understand their requirements, conduct high-level research into industries and companies, and identify relevant experts with the most relevant experience and knowledge to support them. One day you could be connecting a private equity firm with experts to better understand the sub-Saharan African telecommunications market, while the next day assisting a strategy consultancy looking into the growth outlook for solar energy globally.
Your day as an Associate will be a full one. Working on multiple client projects at any time, you will reach out to potential experts via phone, Linkedin and email to assess whether they possess the relevant experience and knowledge, before connecting them with our clients. You will quickly develop core and transferable skills in sales, time management and prioritization, negotiation, and professional communication.
