Associate Production Coordinator

This is a full-time, in-office position based out of Rockstar’s NYC headquarters in Downtown Manhattan. 

WHAT WE DO

• We help to produce and track hundreds of thousands of lines of dialogue across multiple projects.
• We support a global creative team working on ground-breaking interactive narratives. 
• We collaborate across departments to coordinate dialogue requirements.
• We help to ensure that dialogue is written and recorded to project deadlines.
• We help to ensure that dialogue and related animations are implemented and tested to the highest standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with design teams to prepare dialogue content using our in-house tools, while ensuring all requirements are adhered to.
• Assist in driving the writing and dialogue review workflow through each stage of the pre-recording and post-recording pipelines, while working closely with Dialogue Production, Writers, Design, Code, and Production.
• Manage a high volume of scripts from the pre-production stage through feedback and iteration, to recording.
• Work with Casting, Art, and Production teams to ensure character and bio requirements are met and are consistent with the writers’ vision.
• Create and maintain day-to-day dialogue trackers and documentation.
• Ensure meetings are properly documented and actioned.
• Provide general support to the Dialogue Production team as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Project management or production experience.
• Bachelors degree or 1 year of relevant experience.

SKILLS

• Self-motivated, conscientious individual who is able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written, with good interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and organization.  
• Able to prioritize and tackle a high volume of requests under varying, tight deadlines.
• Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also confident working independently.
