About the Role:

Here, the product team is responsible for launching brand-new AI products. This involves the rigorous process of vetting new ideas by evaluating their potential impact on the world and their feasibility of becoming a viable business.

An important part of this process includes understanding the target customer and their pains. You will help us learn what potential customers are trying to do, why they do it, and how we can help them make significant improvements. If you have a strong desire to take ideas from 0 to 1, through starting a business, social enterprise, or another means of making an impact, this is the role for you!

  • Identify and engage pilot customers to test product prototypes.
  • Create and test hypotheses with the prototype to validate the product’s value proposition, business viability, technical feasibility, and usability.
  • Collaborate closely with the dev team, customers, and other key stakeholders to deliver the most valuable features.
  • Define and refine the Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy, ensuring it aligns with customer insights and business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough research on competitors to understand the market landscape to position the product effectively.
  • Develop compelling pitch decks and presentations to communicate the product’s value to stakeholders and potential partners.
  • Help us develop the best process for evaluating ideas and growing them into products. This involves humbly listening to data, recognizing the team’s strengths and weaknesses, embracing failures, and brainstorming ways to continue to improve.

What You Bring:
