Position Overview:

Telesign is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Associate Product Manager to join our team in Belgrade, Serbia. This entry-level role will support the value stream charged with building, deploying and managing the foundation technology platforms that power our business. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in product management and contribute to the development of innovative technologies that drive customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Support: Assist in the requirements specification, planning, and development of our cloud services infrastructure and the resources used by our product delivery teams to build and test our solutions.
• Collaboration: Serving as the Product Owner for these platforms and collaborating closely with your product delivery and program management partners using Telesign’s Scaled Agile Framework model to protect and advance these platforms and ensure that they operate in a way that meets customer and employee expectations.
• Escalation: Actively participate in incident response and root-cause analysis when these platforms fail to perform to expectations and lead the work to learn from these failures by guiding roadmap and operational changes.
• Customer Engagement: Collaborate with Security, Network Operations, and Help Desk teams to internal inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and gather feedback on functionality, driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• A university degree in information technology is desired but not required.
• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with software development, cloud services infrastructure, security technology and network operations center management.
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality products and solutions that meet customer needs.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Prior experience or coursework in product management, software development, or related fields is a plus.
