Support Product Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with senior product managers to contribute to the development and execution of the product roadmap, aligning with overall business goals.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data and metrics to identify product opportunities and track performance, contributing to data-informed decisions that enhance the user experience.
Customer-centric focus: Engage with users to gather insights on pain points and preferences. Effectively communicate these findings to the product team to support data-driven product decisions that align with customer needs.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to support the seamless execution of product initiatives and feature launches.
UX and Design Partnership: Collaborate with the design team to develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces that elevate the customer experience.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and new technologies to keep the product offering innovative and competitive.
Product Lifecycle Management: Participate in managing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, optimization, and growth.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Help track and monitor product KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to ongoing product refinement.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2C company in the e-commerce or travel sectors.
Preferrably from tier 1 colleges.
Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with experience in gathering insights from data and using them to drive product enhancements.
A keen eye for design, with a good understanding of UX principles and customer experience design.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-first approach.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CleverTap, Excel, SQL).
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in the travel industry or with complex customer journeys.
Familiarity with A/B testing, user testing, and funnel optimization techniques.
