Associate Product Manager - Employer Value Proposition

The team

You will be part of a passionate team typically working with others from Product including Product Managers, User Experience Designers, Digital Analysts and Developers, working within a co-located development stream comprising of others in product and a delivery team. Other teams that you will work with include Strategy, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Sales, Customer Service and Finance.

About The Role

The Associate Product Manager reports into a Head of Product and works with a Senior Product Manager and a Product team with engineers, designers, analysts; based in KL and Melbourne.

This is a great opportunity to start your product role at SEEK working with a multi-functional team and other product peers to solve key customer problems for either our candidates, our hirers, or our partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in shaping and delivering the product roadmap, supporting the achievement of key business objectives and metrics.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of your products and their integration within the overall SEEK experience; collaborate with other product teams to improve the hirer experience.
  • Support the engagement and management of partners across the business, contributing to building alignment and momentum for your products and initiatives.
  • Contribute to Product Discovery efforts, helping to identify and address the most challenging problems.
  • Assist in defining product performance and success metrics to monitor product performance and find opportunities.
  • Facilitate multi-functional collaboration within and between teams to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Stay informed about industry and competitor trends and share relevant insights with the team.

Qualifications

  • Ability to break down problems into manageable components and frame outcome-driven objectives.
  • Strong curiosity about digital product management.
  • Experience or exposure to online or software product development, preferably in agile team settings.
  • Passionate about making a positive impact for SEEK and our customers.
