Role Overview:

As an Associate Product Manager in the TaDa Squad, you will contribute to the development of the strategy and roadmap for our Consumer initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the creation and implementation of solutions that enhance user experience and engagement. Your role will include gaining an understanding of the business objectives, assisting in crafting product strategies, and contributing to successful outcomes that are in line with our overall business strategy.

What you'll do:

  • Strategic Support: Assist in developing the anti-fraud product strategy by understanding the business objectives, initiatives, and expected outcomes.
  • Roadmap Contribution: Work alongside stakeholders across the company to support the creation of a product roadmap that is consistent with business strategies and priorities.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Help maintain effective communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the product development process.
  • Team Collaboration: Support cross-functional teams by contributing insights and ideas, promoting an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. Also supporting a smooth upstream and downstream process with the team.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Support decision-making processes by analyzing data and tracking results to help improve product offerings continuously, ensuring that solutions are matching our targeted outcomes.
  • Market and User Research: Assist in conducting market research and gathering user feedback to identify new opportunities and enhance anti-fraud measures.

What you'll need:

  • Ability communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate/Advanced English, Spanish is a plus.
