Product Strategy and Vision:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product strategy and vision, aligning it with the company's overall objectives.
- Conduct market research, analyze user feedback, and gather insights to identify new product opportunities and improvements.
- Develop a deep understanding of user needs, competitive landscape, and market trends to inform product roadmap decisions.
Product Development and Management:
- Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into clear and actionable development plans.
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on user needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Monitor the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality releases.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to drive iterative product improvements.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure smooth coordination and alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
- Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and updates to stakeholders at all levels.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages idea-sharing and cross-functional cooperation.
- Product Performance and Optimization:
- Define key product performance metrics and regularly evaluate product performance against established goals.
- Analyze user data, conduct A/B testing, and gather insights to make data-driven decisions for optimizing product features and user experience.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify areas for product enhancement and innovation.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role minimum 3 years, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong technical background and understanding of engineering principles.
- Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
- Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
