- Upholding meticulous attention to detail and consistently meeting deadlines, setting a high standard for the team.
- Collaborating with the Production team to gather agreements, contracts, and releases for review and approval by the Production Director.
- Undertaking additional responsibilities as required, demonstrating adaptability and versatility in approach.

We require…
- 3-4 years’ experience in producing and developing digital videos across various platforms, showcasing a proven track record of successful production execution.
- Aptitude in working closely with both internal and external producers, facilitating smooth collaboration.
- Comprehensive understanding of production and post-production workflows, ensuring efficient project management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for effective team coordination.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational abilities.
- A solution-oriented approach to challenges, consistently striving to find creative resolutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable navigating online tools.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and a willingness to lead by example in all endeavors.
