As an Associate Producer, you'll support the development and delivery of our cross-platform games. You'll collaborate with a team of designers, programmers, artists, and specialists in monetization, marketing, community management, customer care, and quality assurance to ensure the game’s success. Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, launch, and live operations of our cross-platform games.
- Support the production team by helping coordinate tasks and workflows across disciplines.
- Work closely with global teams to ensure project alignment and efficiency.
- Assist in making decisions on product features and support development through all stages.
- Contribute to maintaining the game's vision, balancing creativity with business goals.
- Regularly communicate progress to stakeholders and support any reporting needs.
- 1-2 years of experience in game production or a related field.
- Proficiency in Jira and Confluence for task management and documentation.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and contribute to team success.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Passion for gaming and a desire to grow in the production field.
