Design and implement a comprehensive testing strategy, including detailed plans for timelines, resources, and methodologies.
Create and drive detailed test cases and scenarios, covering both functional and non-functional aspects of the financial system.
Lead test execution, ensuring accurate recording of all test results.
Prepare and deliver thorough testing reports, including test results and defect analyses.
Manage the identification, documentation, and resolution of any defects discovered during testing.
Collaborate closely with software and system integration vendors to define testing requirements, resolve issues, and understand system specifications.
Regularly communicate testing progress, risks, and results to key stakeholders, including project managers, IT teams, and business units.

10+ years of relevant experience, including managing testing for large-scale IT projects in the banking sector.
Experience in the Philippines or Asia markets.
Expertise in testing automation and SDLC tools (e.g., Karate, HP ALM, JIRA, Microfocus).
Knowledgeable in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Skilled in non-functional testing, such as performance and availability testing.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
